Components:

  • 1 Dealer Joe’s Birria Packet or my selfmade Birria recipe 

  • 6-7 jalapeños, deseeded and halved 

  • ½ cup shredded mexican mix cheese 

    Toppings:

  • Pico de gallo (tomato, jalapeño, purple onion, lemon juice) 

  • Bitter cream

  • Guacamole

  • Cilantro

  • Diced onion

  • Jalapeños

Instructions:

  1. Prepare dinner the Birria in line with package deal directions and put aside. 

  2. Reduce jalapeños in half and deseed them.

  3. Place the minimize jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

  4. Prime with birria and cheese. 

  5. Bake at 400 for five minutes or broil till the cheese is sweet and melty. 

  6. Prime together with your favourite toppings! I’m utilizing pico de gallo, guacamole, onion, cilantro, bitter cream, and jalapeños!
